what drives a man to the deep end?

“Cutout” stars the legendary singer Al Martino in his first film role since The Godfather and Robert Funaro of the acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos as an estranged father and son who find themselves driven to the deep end of a bizarre family conflict. 

When a once-famous Italian-American crooner, Sal (Al Martino), learns his estranged son, Michael (Robert Funaro), has put the family home up for sale he decides to sneak into the house, slip into the pool and refuse to get out. When Sal won’t budge, Michael begins draining the pool.  As the water recedes, father and son are forced to confront and come to terms with their family demons.
